Wallner Builders is Exhibiting at the Home Building & Remodeling Expo: The 2017 Metropolitan Builders Association Building and Remodeling Expo is taking place at the Wisconsin State Fair grounds on January 13-15. Brian Kowalke joins Wallner Builders as Project Manager: Brian Kowalke, CR, CKBR, a skilled remodeling professional with more than three decades’ experience in carpentry and project management, has joined Wallner Builders as its project manager. Kowalke brings a wealth of knowledge, talent and experience to Wallner Builders. His primary responsibility is managing and expediting the firm’s trade partners to keep remodeling projects on schedule, and ensure on-time completion. Wallner Builders Achieves Houzz Service Award: Wallner Builders, which has “improved people’s lives by improving their homes” for more than four decades, has received a “Best of Houzz 2016” award from Houzz, the leading online platform for home remodeling and design.Wallner Builders was recognized for “Client Satisfaction” in the award’s Customer Service category. The honor is based on several factors, including the number and quality of recent client reviews on houzz.com. Wallner Builders gained five-star ratings – the highest possible – in nine out of 10 reviews.

The most recent, dated Dec. 14, 2015, states: “Wallner Builders approaches every job with dedication and an attention to detail. We have worked with Wallner Builders on four separate house renovation projects in two different homes. Repeat business speaks for itself.”

Emily Hoefler joins Wallner Builders as Design Facilitator: Emily, a multi-talented professional with a background in marketing and customer service, joined Wallner Builders as its design facilitator in December 2015. In her role as Design Facilitator, Emily will work closely with clients in selecting materials for their remodeling projects while monitoring budget realities. She will also manage marketing for Wallner Builders, including a strong online presence in social media and the company’s website, trade shows, and more. Wallner Builders assists the Waukesha Women’s Center: Wallner Builders joined a team of 100+ MBA volunteers to update/remodel one of The Women’s Center or Waukesha’s Transitional Living homes. For more, read here: All-Volunteer MBA Project. The 1200+ Hour project was recognized by the Green Bay Packers for community service, see: Packers Community Quarterback Award. In addition, the Waukesha United Way recognized the Metropolitan Builders Association as Volunteer Group of the Year.

Pella Windows installedWallner Builders named “Pella Contractor.” The alliance allows access to special programs and advance notice of incentives and promotions.

Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® program adds ally Wallner Builders. Clients of Wallner Builders have commissioned us to replace windows and other energy-saving features to take advantage of the Federal Energy Tax Credit under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Under the Act, owners can deduct up to 30% of the cost of energy-saving measures installed, including high-efficiency furnaces and water heaters, new windows and/or doors, added insulation, air-sealing and more. Clients are scheduling Energy Audits in order to also take advantage of cash rewards (in addition to the Fed. Tax credit) through Wisconsin’s Focus on Energy.

A Brookfield, WI client’s home featured in the annual MBA’s 2009 Fall Remodelers’ Tour. The Brookfield couple welcomed attendees of the MBA’s Fall Remodelers Tour to their home where several projects have been completed as part of a larger-scale remodel: A Kitchen computer desk area (in a closet), an Exercise Room, Kitchen remodel/addition, Bathroom remodel (two), and a Sunroom/Reading Room addition.

Wallner Builders features two Wauwatosa projects in the MBA’s 2008 Fall Remodelers’ Tour. Projects include a 2-Story Addition and a Kitchen and Bath remodel.
