Brookfield Portico & Deck
This 2004 custom-built home had a colonial front portico, which was somewhat of an afterthought, and the side deck didn’t provide the outdoor living space that they had hoped for. It was time for the front facade to match the rest of the house. They wanted “something with style and grace”, a more attractive entry and patio, elegant doors, and a larger side deck with maintenance-free materials that matched the rest of the house.
